Everyday IT Support
For common issues like laptop/desktop repairs, software glitches, email setup, virus removal, connectivity troubleshooting, or quick user support:
- Remote support: R550 fixed fee (covers diagnosis and resolution if completed in one session).
- On-site support: R550 fixed fee + travel (see below). If the issue is more complex, we pause, explain, and quote separately – no charges until agreed.
Remote vs On-Site Support
We prioritize remote support – it's fast, secure, and cost-effective using tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Most everyday matters are resolved fully remotely.
For physical needs (hardware, cabling, printers): A travel fee applies, payable upfront. We calculate based on distance from Roodepoort using reliable rideshare rates (typically R150–R400 within Gauteng). We'll confirm the exact amount when scheduling for full transparency.
Bigger Picture Solutions
Network upgrades, cloud migrations, server setups, cybersecurity, or infrastructure reviews: We provide detailed, no-obligation quotes after an initial discussion. Pricing is project-based for clarity – starting from R8,000–R50,000+ depending on scope.
Hourly consulting (if preferred): R950 per hour.
Strategic IT Services
Long-term IT planning, budgeting, vendor management, compliance, or advisory: Custom models (project, retainer, or hourly). Retainers start from R4,000–R12,000/month.

We specialize in modern, mobile-friendly websites – all delivered remotely for speed and convenience.

Custom or larger sites (e.g., e-commerce): Quoted individually, starting from R12,000.
